Typing games for kids
Practise typing with falling words and letters on screen, in a colourful game that works with a keyboard or with the big keys on the screen.
How to play typing
In Falling words, words drop from the top of the screen. Type the word exactly as it appears and it disappears. If a word reaches the bottom, you lose a life, but the game goes on.
In Letters, one letter appears at a time and you just type that same letter. There is no rush, and a wrong key costs nothing: just try again.
Start on Easy, with single letters and three-letter words. When it feels simple, move up to Medium or Hard, with longer words that fall faster. At the end you get your stars and your speed in words per minute.
Frequently asked questions
What age is best for this game?
Children aged 4 or 5 can already enjoy Letters with a grown-up nearby. Falling words usually suits kids from about 6, once they read with more confidence.
Can my child play without a keyboard?
Yes. There is an on-screen keyboard with big keys, made for tapping with a finger on a phone or tablet. If you have a real keyboard, it works too.
Are there ads, sign-ups or data collection?
No. There are no ads, no account, and nothing about your child is stored. The best score stays in the browser, and the sound can be switched off with its button.
