How to play foosball online

You control the blue team, which attacks to the right: goalkeeper, 2 defenders, 5 midfielders and 3 forwards, on 4 rods. All your rods move together and always keep one player level with your finger or the mouse pointer.

On the computer, move the mouse over the table and click to kick, or use the arrow keys (W and S work too) and Space. On the phone, drag your finger on the table to move and give a quick tap to kick; if you prefer, use the big buttons below the table. When you kick, the players give a quick forward jab: hit the ball right in the middle for a strong straight shot, or at the side to cross it.

A goal is scored when the ball goes into the opponent’s goal. After each goal the ball returns to the middle of the table, rolling toward the side that conceded. If the ball stops where nobody can reach it, it is put back in the middle. The first to score 5 or 10 goals wins, whichever you choose.

Frequently asked questions

Is it foosball, table football or fussball?

It is all the same game! In the US it is usually called foosball, in the UK table football, and in Germany Kicker. The table has 8 rods, 4 for each team.

How do I make the computer miss?

Shoot across the goal and change the height of the ball before you kick: the computer takes a moment to reposition its rods. On Easy it is slow and misreads a lot; on Hard it reacts quickly and kicks almost every ball that comes in front of it.

Can I play on a phone?

Yes. Held upright, the table appears vertically so it is larger. Drag to move and tap to kick, or use the arrows and the “Kick” button below the table.
