TriPeaks Solitaire
TriPeaks Solitaire right in your browser: tap cards that are one higher or one lower than the waste card and build long streaks until all three peaks are gone.
How to play TriPeaks Solitaire
The table has three peaks made of 28 cards. Only the 10 cards in the bottom row start face up; the rest flip over automatically once they’re uncovered. The goal is to clear every card from the peaks.
Tap a free card that’s one higher or one lower than the waste card, in any suit: on an 8 you can play a 7 or a 9. Ranks wrap around, so an Ace goes on a King and a King goes on an Ace. The card you tap moves to the waste pile and becomes the new card to match.
When there’s no move, tap the stock to flip a new card onto the waste pile. The stock doesn’t recycle: once it’s empty and there are no cards left to play, the game is over. Chain long streaks, going up and down, to get the most out of every card in the stock.
Frequently asked questions
Do suit or color matter in TriPeaks?
No. Only the rank counts: a 5 of hearts can go on a 4 or a 6 of any suit, red or black.
What’s the difference between TriPeaks and Golf Solitaire?
Both use the same idea of playing cards one higher or lower than the waste card. In TriPeaks the cards sit in three peaks, mostly face down, and ranks wrap between King and Ace. In Golf the cards are face up in 7 columns and nothing can be played on a King.
Is every game of TriPeaks winnable?
No. Since the stock comes in random order, some deals just can’t be cleared. Still, favoring cards that uncover face-down cards really boosts your chances.
