How to play Block Puzzle
You get 3 pieces at a time. Drag each one onto the 8-by-8 grid and drop it wherever it fits. Pieces don’t rotate: the challenge is finding the right spot for each shape.
When a row or column is completely filled, it disappears and frees up space. Clearing several at once scores a lot more points, and clearing on back-to-back moves builds a combo that multiplies your bonus.
Once you’ve placed all 3 pieces, 3 new ones arrive. The game ends when none of your remaining pieces fit on the grid anymore, so think a few moves ahead and avoid leaving isolated holes.
Frequently asked questions
How do combos work?
Every move that clears at least one row or column raises your combo, and the points for that clear are multiplied by it. If you make 3 moves in a row without clearing anything, the combo resets to zero.
Is there a time limit?
No. You can take as long as you want on each move. The only way to lose is to run out of room for your pieces.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. On a phone, the piece floats a little above your finger while you drag, so you can see exactly where it’s going to land.
